This three-story building is set on a narrow, 10m wide site. However, is an example of how to create an efficient office within narrow spaces. The office space was designed for 2 tenants only. And so, occupying full floor plates in a modern setting.
The car park needed special approval. This was a result, given the restricted width of the property. But with town planning partners, this building was quickly approved.
