Our Pre-Purchase Design Advice is an in-person inspection of your property or land before purchase, to ensure you are making the right purchasing decision for your new home.

Before purchasing your property, our Design Advice consultation provides you with an insight into whether the house or land under consideration will, in fact, meet your needs. Should the property require a renovation or perhaps a knock-down-and-rebuild option, a Pre-Purchase Design Advice service will help you make the right decision to suit both your living and financial needs

Pre-Purchase Online Property Analysis

Our Pre-Purchase Online Property Analysis Service is an online analysis of multiple potential properties to understand whether the house or land will suit your lifestyle needs.

This service is about finding the best home for your lifestyle needs, what we know of the area, location issues and most importantly, given we are in a subtropical climate location, how to achieve the best climatic outcome which is already built in to many existing homes and land locations, so that you can buy the right place for you (this service does not replace the need for you to get a building and pest inspection).

This service is about finding the best home for your lifestyle needs, what we know of the area, location issues and most importantly, given we are in a subtropical climate location, how to achieve the best climatic outcome which is already built in to many existing homes and land locations, so that you can buy the right place for you (this service does not replace the need for you to get a building and pest inspection).

If you are looking at existing homes, these homes may not need any renovation or only minor adjustments; that is fine with us as the service is about you, not us. It is about finding you the best place to live within your means. If the home you have picked does not meet all of your own objectives or is lacking in certain ways, we will identify how to add in what is needed or let you know about other opportunities or outline negatives which cannot be resolved.

We will give recommendations to ensure you buy or move on with knowledge. Or you may be looking at land to build on and again our service will work with you to analyse your needs, the issues of the block and together we can determine what is going to work best for you. Again, you may not be able to afford a custom build due to budget needs and have to build a mass produced home, this is all okay with us because this service is about you, not us.

Pre-Purchase Design Advice

How this Service Works

  • In this service, you find the property that you think would meet your needs and we give you feedback based around you and what we know about your needs, your lifestyle and your objectives.
  • For a set fee, we will supply some initial comments, feedback and individual feedback per property (note we are not a property valuer, so we cannot comment on the sale price or a potential offered purchase price).
  • We will assess up to 7 properties per set fee. All you need to do is complete our online questionnaire, then find properties you think best suit you.
  • To get the ball rolling you will need to send us a link from realestate.com.au or an address of the property for sale. Ideally, it would be good if homes have a floorplan included however, we can work around this to some end if no floorplan is available.
