What are your fees?
Architectural Service Fee Structure
dion seminara architecture offers a number of design fee options based on which of the three design packages you proceed with. Our fees are generally based on the size and complexity of the project. We begin our architectural process with a design consultation where we can scope out the architectural work needed and provide you with fixed rates for each design package option.
Then it’s up to you to decide which design package you would like to proceed with for your project. You may want to engage us for a concept design that you can use to establish your ideas and an estimate of cost for your project. Or you may have some expertise in managing builders and the building process and would like a detailed architectural design and a set of approval documents suitable for preliminary pricing. Alternatively, you want to engage us for the full design service ensuring you have a fully resolved design with no guesswork for the builder and no potential for shortcuts.
We will also provide you with hourly rates for our additional optional services including Interior Design, Landscape Design, and Contract Administration.

Additional Sub-consultant Fees
In addition to our architectural service fees, our projects generally involve the services of a range of specialist consultants. The client can be required to commission the input from a Surveyor, Town Planner, Engineers, an Estimator and a Certifier. We will organise quotes from each of these consultants for our clients as required for the successful completion of the project.
