Balmoral External and Outdoor Renovation

This external renovation was designed for a renovation project located in Balmoral. We created two design concepts for our clients who were inspired by industrial style architecture, one being a light colour scheme and the other being a darker colour scheme. Part of the design brief was to modernize the existing home and allowing more natural light to permeate the home.

Our clients lived on a street which made parking hard for guests so part of the design concept was rearranging the placement of the garage and front entry to allow for easier parking and access. Part of the design concept was also creating a functional outdoor entertaining space by improving landscaping and screening around the property.
