We thoroughly enjoyed designing this staged modern new home design, designed on a sloping site. The project located in Seven Hills is nothing but a statement and the design of this home was created for a long sloping site. The design intent was to create a warm and welcoming family home with modernistic style inspirations.

The design focused on providing a solution to a growing family. Our clients were a young family with young children so the design including outdoor living area and pool was an important aspect to catering for our client’s needs.

This new home is to be staged, with the pool being part of stage 1 and other new and future features being built at a future time.
