A new lap pool, outdoor entertainment area, and fully equipped kitchen create the perfect space for relaxation and entertaining while embracing the serene surroundings.

The Western Wing featured a luxurious master retreat with a private office overlooking the water and a home gym. Thoughtfully designed to blend comfort and functionality, this wing ensures privacy while maintaining a strong connection to the landscape. Large glass openings enhance natural light and airflow, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor living.

A beautiful green roof was seamlessly integrated into the design, enhancing sustainability by improving insulation, reducing heat absorption, and promoting biodiversity. This lush rooftop feature not only contributes to energy efficiency but also creates a visually striking, eco-friendly element that blends harmoniously with the natural surroundings.
