Belmont Home Renovation

The Belmont home renovation required a new entertainment pavilion with a guest bedroom, a separate terrace and kitchen.  The design also includes a new ensuite/main bathroom and laundry.

A new wide terrace was built from the existing lounge and dining area. This space has a new insulated and lined skillion roof. The intention is to maximise light and natural ventilation, while also taking advantage of the north-east breeze. For a higher degree of waterproofing, we included louvres and an inlay roof.

A new pavilion-addition accommodates one extra bedroom and a large entertainment room. This area flows out to a covered terrace overlooking the pool. The new entertainment and terraced areas relate to the existing pool location and also the remainder of the backyard.
