At dion seminara architecture we work independently of builders using a tender process.

This doesn’t mean we don’t work well with builders. We have great working relationships with many fantastic builders.  We spend a lot of time on site with them and we understand the value in clear communication between architects and builders.

So what does it mean then? Basically, we can get you a much better price for the cost of your build than if you went to an individual builder.

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?

One of the services we offer at dion seminara architecture is our tender process, where we call for tenders from a range of different builders.  This process is provided in our Concept to Keys Package. Once the quotes are received you can then choose to proceed to construction with the builder who has provided the most competitive price.

This doesn’t mean you end up with a lower quality of builder.  We will only put your project out to tender with builders who are suitable for your specific type of project and who we feel confident in working with.
