Dion Seminara has 20 years of practical industry experience in design and construction and is recognised as a highly qualified industry professional with a number of HIA and other architect awards.

From 1984-1992 Dion worked with several reputable Brisbane-based architectural practices gaining experience and multiple perspectives. His work included design, documentation and administration on a variety of commissions, including a major University of Queensland office building, Somerville House College chapel, a sports complex , and a boarding facility and a variety of retail, apartment and individual housing projects.

From 1993 to 2002 Dion was the founding partner in private-practice ArcStyle, completing a variety of projects with an emphasis on residential design including 40 units on Stradbroke Island, a $6m refurbishment and additions to a heritage listed home at Auchenflower, a $4m new home at Mt Nebo, and a $1m house refurbishment at Buderim.
