Southport Office Fitout

Architecture

Office Fitout Southport

Our Office Fitout Southport involved the refurbishment of office spaces for a small team of legal professionals. The service incorporated interior and spacial design for the firm. The central working space design included a total of three main offices, two meeting rooms and a large boardroom for client meetings complete the redesign.

The generous boardroom against the windows and a slightly smaller room next to the entrance door, separated by bifold doors, can be combined to create one larger room to accommodate the changing requirements of the business.

The large office, meeting room and boardroom have windows across the northern wall providing natural light and views. The Principal Legal Counsel’s office area has filing and storage across the back wall. The spacious boardroom would contain a large meeting table, with a bar/ storage area across the rear wall.

Refurbishment

The central working space design included a total of three main offices – a more substantial office for the Principal Legal Counsel and two smaller offices for other legal professionals. The removal of walls within the existing office saw soundproof installation installed into the internal walls. New carpet was fitted across space as the whole.

Stud partitions were required, and a custom-made reception desk for the main foyer creates a welcoming experience. An adjacent waiting area with a custom-made sofa-seating for clients completed the design of the entrance. The positioning of the tea room near the reception area provides easy access for the receptionist. Custom designed storage facilities for files was located off the hall and near the offices.

Upgraded standards

Interior design

Our Office Fitout Southport involved the refurbishment of office spaces for a small team of legal professionals. The service incorporated interior and spacial design for the firm. The office space was incorrectly partitioned to suit the privacy needs of both lawyers and clientele. Also, the outdated interior design did not reflect the personality of the firm, with the Principal Legal Counsel looking for an upgraded standard.
